Mathaino — Support

Every day at midnight your local time, five new problems are published — one each in math, physics, chemistry, engineering, and biology — at the level of a bachelor's‑degree curriculum. Every Mathaino user sees the same five problems on the same day, like NYT Wordle or Connections. You can attempt each problem cold, or reveal up to five progressive hints. Hint 5 is always the full worked solution.

Mathaino problems are drafted by an AI (Anthropic's Claude) using a vetted topic taxonomy, then automatically checked for math errors and reviewed before publication. We also keep a hand‑authored backup pool. If you spot an error, tap the 🚩 flag icon on any problem to report it.

Not in version 1. Your streak, history, and revealed‑hint state live only on the iPhone you played on. Cross‑device sync is on our roadmap.

Tap the 🚩 flag at the top‑right of the problem and pick "Wrong answer key" (or whichever category fits). You can add a short note. We read every report and push corrections quickly.

1. Check your internet connection. After your first successful load each day, problems are cached and work offline.
2. Force‑quit and reopen the app.
3. If still empty, the daily generation may still be running on our end. Check back in a few minutes, or email us.

Delete the Mathaino app from your iPhone. All on‑device state (streak, history, attempts) is removed immediately. We do not store any account or personal data on our servers, so there is nothing more to delete.
